This is the final step required for enabling the caching functionality of the plugin. If you have not completed the previous steps, please see here for instruction. When Enable Cache is turned ON , the pages of your site will be cached. If you later turn it OFF , all future caching will be stopped, and any existing pages will be purged from cache. This last option uses what the Network Admin chooses. If you are seeing a warning that LSCache is disabled, and you can't make it go away, please see our troubleshooting instructions.
Changing Your WordPress Homepage Layout with a Theme
I just recently updated this theme and for some reason my feature blog post photos look faded. I went through everything to try to fix this and I'm out of answers and desperate to resolve this. If you click on a post you will see that the photos load clear once you're in the post. But on the homepage, where you see the recent posts, their feature photos look dull and faded. Anyone have any ideas to fix this? I just simple need access to all my pages and post.
Do you want to add excerpts to your WordPress pages? By default, excerpts in WordPress are only available for posts. In this article, we will show you how to add excerpts to your pages in WordPress. WordPress comes with posts and pages as two default content types. Posts are displayed in reverse chronological order latest to oldest on your blog or homepage. Pages on the other hand are stand alone content not published in a time specific order.
I have a grid page with 8 child pages. I would like to change the entry summary for each of the child pages, in other words add an excerpt for each of them. I have done this for the first one, but I have no idea how I did it! I think it was a carry over from the Edin theme I was using before. The Edin theme has an excerpt option in the screen options. There is no excerpt screen option on Forefront. What CSS coding do I need to enter a summary for each of the child pages on the grid page? It does look like your manual excerpt for the first grid child page is being carried over from when you previously added it in Edin. I suspected this might be the only workaround. Good news is that it works a treat!
