Mormonism and Non-Mormonism don't link to future lives. I'd at least insist that at 12 the kids can choose to disaffiliate. By those standards, I was a failure, my husband wasn't "good enough" - and my daughter had ambitious real goals that required a lot of time and effort. He is doing 2nd year Residency. Single women who are educated, regardless of religion, are also going to find similar gender imbalances among their educated peers nowadays. Wow, every word resonates.

Trust me, though--you will. He's a big boy and can make up his own mind.
